• Access logs: IP address, browser information, and similar data (standard server logs kept by our hosting/CDN providers, plus short-lived rate-limit records used to prevent abuse)
• Analytics: aggregated, cookie-less data that does not identify individuals (using a privacy-friendly analytics tool)

We do not use tracking cookies. Only cookies required for site functionality, such as remembering your display language, may be used.

How we use information

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes.

• Sending notifications about monthly evaluation reports and service updates
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving the service (analysis of aggregated usage)
• Preventing abuse

Processors and international transfers

We use the following providers to process and store data. Their servers may be located outside Japan (primarily in the US and EU).

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Upstash (subscriber email storage)
• Resend (confirmation and notification email delivery)
• Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, email routing)
• Plausible (analytics)

Third-party disclosure

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Beyond the processors listed above, we never sell or share your email address.

Retention

Subscribed email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until they are no longer needed for operating the service.

Unsubscribing, access, correction, and deletion

To unsubscribe, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registered information, contact hello@pntmoni.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

We protect personal information through TLS encryption in transit, access control, and data minimization.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will announce the change on this page and update the effective date.
